Glam up Glitter! M|O|T|D

Hello ladies, im back with another quick look. This is a simple look that you can wear anytime for any occasion. To add a bit of glam finish off with a glitter pen and of course some lashes!

To create this look I had used a neutral palette that you can purchase on ebay. Using a Deep purple on the crease blended in with a Soft brown eye shadow. Finishing off the look I created a winged out eyeliner and on top a glitter pen by Collections 2000.

Natural Summer kissed Makeup Look M|O|T|D

So I thought I would do a little post on what I have been currently using for my daily make up routine.  Due to the weather I have used less products to give a natural glow to my skin and decided to switched it up a little using a few of my recent buys.

Inspired by Rihanna using copper red eyeshadows, nude lips, natural contouring and bronze cheeks.
I love the natural glow look on her cheeks and wanted to recreate this look using less amount of makeup.

Sleek Face Contour Kit- In Dark

I had purchased my Sleek contour kit a long time ago, and have been using this nearly everyday in my makeup looks ! It such a great product and I totally fell in love with the beautiful gold highlighter. The packaging is very professional and black also comes with a small mirror which is always useful. The colour is dark but is perfect, very pigmented, also very easy to blend.

For my skin I used my Mac Pro longwear concealer , yes I know its a concealer but I m in love with the finish look. It gives my skin a natural flawless look leaving my skin looking radiant.

For eyes I 'm keeping it really simple using my Volume million extra black mascara
( +lashes)and highlighting to add a kissed glow to the cheeks . These are the current products I'm using below!

Loving this highlighter from the Sleek contour kit!

Arabic Inspired Makeup

Since I had purchased the sleek Respect palette a couple of months ago I have not had the chance to create a whole look for you guys. So finally I got to play around and create this arabic inspired smokey eye. I used a nude eyeshadow on the lid and a dark red burgundy colour on the crease line, adding black in the corner for more definition on the crease. To widen up my eyes I applied a white eyeliner on my water line and black eyeshadow under to create a exaggerated arabic look. Finishing off my look with a winged out gel liner on my top eyelid and of course some thick Ardell lashes to create a dramatic finish.

Colourful Cat eye

Since the weather has been so nice recently, I thought its about time to start using some bright colours!  I love this cat eye look using electric blue, greens and yellows. To create this look I used my 120 Palette so this is very affordable look you can do.

Products used

Eyes : Primer Nars

Crease: Red/ Orange 120 Palette

 Lid: Blue 120 Palette

Tear Duct: Yellow 120 Palette

Water line: Green 120 Palette

Bue Eyeliner by MUA

Maybelline Gel Eyeliner

Step 1. Apply your PRIMER.

Step 2.  Using a orange eyeshadow blend on to the eyelid to create a transition colour.

Step 3.  Still working on the lid, using a blending brush use a darker red to create that red smokey look.

Step 4.   On the lid use a blue eyeshadow, Using a patting motion which will add more pigment to the colour.

Step 5. With a small pointed brush apply a green to the tear duct and a yellow to brighten up your eye.
Step 6: To create a green eyeliner I used the same green but also added primer for the liner to stay up.

Step 7:  Added a Blue liner under the green eyeshadow to add more colour.

Step 8:  Line your eyes with a Gel liner and wing out the end to create that cat eye look.

Step 9: Finishing off the look add your lashes I used ebay lashes!

Gold & Red Summer 2013 Look M|O|T|D

        M|O|T|D

Finally got to play with my Mua Undress me palette. I started off using my urban decay primer which allows my eyeshadow to last longer and prevents it from creasing. I used a bright gold all over the lid, used red brick on the crease and to add dept added a light brown. For my eyebrows I use a brow kit to neaten up my eyebrows and on the brow bone I highlighted using a lighter concealer. I don't wear a lot of colour on my eyes for a everyday look and golds are just a great way to create those looks for day/evening looks, to glam it up why not add false lashes. If you want more swatches I will be posting that up soon. Below are a few pictures I took, and products I used!

Green|Yellow|Gold MOTD

This is one of the looks that I posted awhile ago on instagram, it was created using a couple of colours from the 120 palette. There are so many colours to play around with so I really wanted to create something wearable to share with you guys. You can purchase this palette from ebay for only £10, very affordable for the amount of eyeshadows you get in one palette and is worth every penny!  The colours are very pigmented but the only annoying part is you might find a couple of dupes or similar colours but I'm not complaining! Starting from the tear duct where I applied a yellow gold, yellow on the lid, red on the crease and green on the bottom eyelid.

HOW TO : Highlight

 Highlighting

Products used :
Foundation Mac Studio fix NW 45
Mac Concealer Pro Long wear NC42

For those of you who have asked me to show how I highlight my face, this is how I create the Kim K Glow.

Before highlighting
After highlighting

I alway change up how I put on my concealer but everyone has their own way of applying what concealer or where they want to highlight. I kind of went a bit highlight crazy this day. Personally I like to highlight under my eye, nose, cheek bones and chin.

STEP 1: To start of with, I apply my studio fix foundation. You can apply your foundation after, avoiding the areas you have highlighted.  Then blend your foundation in throughly.

STEP 2: Then use a concealer two shades lighter then your skin, this will emphasise on your best features and gives a more defined face. I tend to always apply my concealer using my fingers and just pat it down on the areas I want to highlight, this just helps warm up the product making it easier to blend.

STEP 3: Next step is to blend your concealer using a brush, I use my Real Technique buffing brush. Making sure you have blended any harsh lines.

STEP 4: If you have fine lines under your eyes like I do, I always set my concealer with power to avoid any creasing.

Tadaa this is the finishing look :) if you these sort of post let me know also like and comment.
